About the Exhibition

 

This exhibition presents the rich tapestry of German culture through the lens of photography and personal narratives. Central to the showcase is an impressive collection of over 100 award-winning photobooks from the German Photobook Prize, a prestigious competition that recognizes the finest photobooks in the German-speaking world. Alongside these remarkable works, the exhibition features student posters and videos that illuminate personal journeys and connections to Germany.

In collaboration with:  the Goethe-Institut Hongkong, Deutscher Fotobuchpreis, Internationales Festival fotografischer Bilder, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Department of Government and International Studies, Programme of European Studies (German Stream) and Language Centre.

Student Sharing on German Culture

Join us for a special sharing session as part of the “Lens on Germany: A Cultural Journey” exhibition. Students from the Language Centre will present their insights into Germany, discussing their interests and personal experiences during their time in the country. This engaging session offers a unique perspective that enhances our understanding of German culture. We look forward to your participation in this enriching dialogue!
