Instructor Guide for Using HBP Education Materials
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Register for an Educator account
- Use your HKBU email.
- Select "Hong Kong Baptist University" as your University.
- Allow 1-2 days for account verification by Harvard Business Publishing.

Step 2. Request Coursepack Creation
- Note: Only HKBU HBP Admin can create Coursepack.
- Allow 3-working-days for processing.
- You will be notified when your Coursepack is ready.
📝Submit the Coursepack Creation form: https://hkbu.questionpro.com/HBP-Coursepack
Step 3. Add Content to Your Coursepack
- After your Coursepack is created, sign in to Harvard Business Publishing Education.
- Search for desired content and add selected materials to your Coursepack.
- Ignore the current price information on the Coursepack page; HKBU HBP Educators DO NOT need to pay for anything.
Step 4. Inform HKBU HBP Admin to publish Coursepack
- When the content selection is complete, 📧 inform the HKBU HBP admin Ms. Maggie Wong by email (maggiewong@hkbu.edu.hk) to publish your Coursepack. Please include the Coursepack name in the email.
- Once it has been re-published, copy the Coursepack URL to share it with your students.
- Inform students they need to create a Student Account in HBP Education to access the Coursepack.
- If the course enrollment number is incorrect, please update it immediately as it affects how many students can register for the Coursepack.
