please visit User Services Counter (Level 3) of the Main Library or call us at 3411-7444.
Users can only cancel hold requests for HKBU materials in My Library Account. For HKALL requests, simply ignore the pick up email notification if you decide you do not need the item.
How to check or cancel my hold requests?
1. Login to My Library Account and click the REQUESTS tab to show the status of your requests.
2. Click the CANCEL button to cancel the selected request.
