Topic: Potential toxins in food items
Requirements (grading on a 100-point scale):
- Take a picture of you having a meal (5 points);
- Identify the food items in your meal (10 points);
- Identify potential xenobiotics/toxic materials in the food and their possible sources (30 points);
- Explain the potential toxicological effects on human body (30 points); and
- Make a video covering the contents mentioned above with certain video editing techniques such as voice-over, subtitles, animation effects, etc. (25 points).
